what makes Sempio Premium Sea Salt for Kimchi, Choenilyeom, Coarse 1kg different

Sempio Premium Sea Salt Coarse 1kg is a coarse-grained cooking salt containing sea salt extracted only in midsummer in the clean sea of Sinan. In midsummer, coarse salt has a small amount of bittern and coarse grains, so it is good for pickling Kimchi and can be used for all dishes because it is crushed well.

In Korea, since ancient times, salt made in a single day in a crystallized area under strong sunlight in midsummer has been valued as salt of the day. Sempio Premium Sea Salt is harvested only in midsummer in June, July, and August, when the sun is strong in the tidal flats of the Shinan Sea.

The reason why Sempio Premium Sea Salt is so special!
■ Only salt produced in June, July and August is carefully selected.
■ Contains only the finest sea salt from the Sinan Tidal Flat, designated as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.
■ The artisans of Taiping Salt Farm, registered as a modern cultural heritage, strictly make it.

Why Sempio Premium Sea Salt is so delicious!
■ Because it dries quickly with strong sunlight and wind, the particle structure is loose and dissolves well in water.
■ Because the bittern is well drained, the bitter taste is less and the taste is soft, and it brings out the flavor of food.
■ Moisture drains well and the particles are soft and do not stick to your hands, which is convenient.
