what makes Toyo-Suisan Maruchan Kon no Kitsune Soba (Soba Noodles Topped with Deep-Fried Tofu) 89g different

Toyo-Suisan Maruchan Kon no Kitsune Soba is the throat-clearing soba noodles with a flavorful, rich broth made from bonito and kelp dashi. It contains fluffy sweet fried bean curd. The smile on Maruchan's face represents our wish to bring taste, fun, and happiness to our customers.

Toyo-Suisan Maruchan Kon no Kitsune Soba is part of the Akai Kitsune Udon and Green Tanuki Ten Soba series. The noodles are smooth, chewy, and dark-colored, with a nice wave to them that makes it easy for the dipping sauce to get involved. The dipping sauce is a combination of bonito and kelp dashi, dark soy sauce, and sugar.

Toyo-Suisan Maruchan Kon no Kitsune Soba is a series product of "Akai Kitsune Udon" and "Midori Tanuki Ten Soba". The noodles are smooth, chewy, dark-colored, and have a nice wave to them that makes them easy to be dipped in the sauce. The sauce is a combination of bonito and kelp broth, dark soy sauce, and sugar. Ingredients are fried bean curd, pork, and green onion. We are proud of our kitsune soba, which is a perfect match of the moderately sweet sauce with a hint of bonito broth, the slightly darkened soba noodles, and the fluffy sweet fried bean curd. It is ready to eat in 3 minutes. Ingredients are sweetly seasoned fried bean curd, pork and spring onions. The best match for our signature kitsune soba is the soba noodles, which are slightly darkened in the moderately sweet sauce with a hint of bonito broth, and the plump, sweet fried tofu.

Soba Noodles in Korea und Japan

Soba, the Japanese Soul Food! Japanese buckwheat noodles, commonly known as the summer side to eat in Korea, are a typical Japanese noodle that is served both cold and hot.

Soba originated in the Edo province in the 17th century, and at this time in Japan, besides soba, sushi, tempura, rice bowl and other foods representing the present Japanese food cultures were born. Now soba is loved all over Japan. In particular, it means the good fortune of the New Year with the custom of "Toshi Koshi (越越しそば)" that people eat soba on the evening of December 31, the last day of the year. This custom, which contains the origins of the Japanese who "slip as long as the soba in the new year" or "cut off the sunshine of the past year," continues to this day.

Warm soba noodles are finely chopped with seasoning and seasoned with seven different kinds of red pepper powder, chilled tofu, and wasabi (black wasabi). It is said that you can enjoy the smell of buckwheat noodles with air especially when you eat aloud. It is also good to experience the history and customs of the old Japanese variety of soba with Tsuyu! Meet a variety of authentic Japanese soba noodles at NikanKitchen!
