what makes Nitto Suguzuke Hakusai, Seasoning for pickling vegetables 40g different

Nitto Suguzuke Hakusai is a seasoning Asazuke, which is a tasty and easy way to pickle Chinese cabbage using Hokkaido kelp. Because it contains fiber-degrading enzymes, you can make delicious asazuke simply by rubbing it with your hands.
Compared to the liquid type, the powdered Asazuke base has a longer shelf life and can be mixed with solid ingredients such as kelp chips and sliced chili peppers, which are the secret ingredient of Asazuke.
The powdered type is economical and does not require a lot of space and does not cause odor or stains on hands.

How to use
1. Rinse 2-3 large leaves of Chinese cabbage (200-250g), drain lightly, and cut into bite-size pieces.
Put the chopped vegetables and a bag of this product in a plastic bag.
Mix well with your hands, remove the air, and seal the bag with a rubber band.
Place the bag in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours and it is ready to use. Do not wash. Squeeze lightly and serve as is.
You can also pickle vegetables other than Chinese cabbage.
