It is a Tokubetsu Junmaishu made using 100% of rare Yamada Nishiki in the area called "Jitsuraku" in Yokawa-cho, Hyogo prefecture (Special A district). We have been having relationships with real people for nearly 130 years and we are having rice paddies every week to learn from rice production. From now on we will continue to cherish the bonds with the community and the bonds with the farmers and we would like to seriously make Junmaishu.
