Stir Fried Kimchi (bokkeum Kimchi)
For 2 Persons Preparation Time ca. 10 Minuten
- About 200g soured kimchi
- 20g butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- A pinch of sesame or spring onion as topping
- Cut kimchi into a size that is easy to eat.
- Put butter in a pan and heat buttor to fry with kimchi.
- Stir fry kimchi on medium heat for 5 minutes and add soy sauce and sugar.
- Stir on low heat to get a little moisture.
- Finish with a pinch of sesame or chopped spring opion on top
