Pour 1 Tbsp of oil on a pan and stir fry for 2-3 minutes till glass noodles fully absorb water.

These precious little bundles of dumpling goodness originally came from China many centuries ago but have been appropriated into Japanese and Korean cuisine and called gyoza and mandu.
